Tool Length Comp
ERROR - TOOL LENGTH COMPENSATION NOT ENABLED DURING OPERATION MOTION
Safety check to make sure tool length comp is on for tool. Check to make sure tlenflg <> 0 by looking at conditions in ptlen, eg. axcomb needs to be correct in Mastercam for mill-turn.
STARTBIN ENDBIN error
ERROR
The [STARTBIN] and [ENDBIN] tags in the post are not matched single level sets. Please correct the post file.
probable answer:
I was not able to duplicate this error when I installed the post files normally. I was able to duplicate this exact error when the PSB file was not in the folder with the PST file.
Can you make sure that the PST/PSB/DAT files are all together in the post folder and that none of them are renamed?
This is the only cause I can think of. If you continue to be stuck then if you are able to send a zip to go there might be more we can determine.
